If you would of asked me Whats The Best Way To Make Gold In Gw2? A few weeks ago I would of been unsure but I would of bet my gold on trading at the trading post or even crafting. Due to recent issues with the economy in Gw2 I would of been completely wrong. Now I am not saying that you can’t make gold off the trading post or by crafting but what I am going to say at this current time, These two are not the best for ways for making gold in Gw2. In fact our old friend is the best way right now.

So what is the best way to make gold in Gw2?

Right now the best way to make gold in Gw2 is by using the old fashion art of farming. I know what your thinking, Really you want me to farm? well I am going to say yes, but its not going to be the normal farm grinding that you would maybe be used too from playing other mmorpgs. I am talking about Gw2 farming spots. Now farming spots work! and right now they work very well. And whats great about these spots is you level fast by using them too! This isn’t the boring farming that many of us are used to.

Farming spots I pick will give you more than just gold. They are also going to give you a load of experience. Seriously you can make more gold and level faster than normal just by using one of these farming spots. The Gw2 farming spots I will be talking about we make use of the wonderful dynamic events system that Guild Wars 2 has. Events that aren’t daily and can be repeated multiple times. Within this event you will be looting materials and items worth a ton on the trading post and getting a good lump of exp + extra gold every time you complete it. I’m not talking about gathering from nodes either just killing mobs to get materials that players are buying instantly at very nice prices.
